Highly effective teachers are the foundation by which students receive a strong education. Leadership at all levels is paramount to the success of our program and it begins with our teachers. We focus on empowerment, training and a strong team environment to ensure success.

We strive to provide resources, coaching and professional development to ensure teachers can successfully educate students. We strive to train our teachers to be effective in delivering high quality academic rigor and character development.

Leadership starts from within, but together as a team W.E.I.M.P.A.C.T our students, families and fellow team members. Success is achieved as a team!

Featured Teachers

Ms. Johnson teaches 7th and 8th grade English Language Arts and Social Studies. The thing that drives her to educate students are the “aha” moments. Each time the light clicks on for a student she knows she’s made an impact on their lives.

Teaching became her chosen profession when she was 16 years old. The moment came during her junior English class when they were reading The Great Gatsby. Her teacher was so full of passion, insight and had the joy of passing on knowledge to her was so apparent. While reading a passage from that great American novel with a reverence that can only be found in those who truly love literature, she knew what she wanted to do with the rest of her life. To this day, she is thankful to the woman who inspired her and hope that she has that same effect on her students.

Teaching is one of the greatest careers in the world; sharing experiences and inspiring students academically and personally. He enjoys getting up on stage and performing for his students, the thrill of a good and well thought out lesson is incomparable. He enjoys the kids’ energies; their inquisitiveness inspires teaching them, pushing them harder and showing them that they “can” when they have convinced themselves that they “can’t”. He enjoys the instant feedback from students about his own teaching performance, even when they don’t realize they’re doing it.
